77. Standard Chartered 2019 ($1,148 million)
The UK bank Standard Chartered agreed to pay $1.1 billion in the US and UK on 9 April to settle alleged violations of US sanctions on Myanmar, Cuba, Iran and Syria as well as breaches of anti-money laundering laws.
