Katten Muchin Rosenman

Katten’s FCPA work in Washington is primarily conducted by two partners: DC native Whitney Ellerman and New Yorker Glen Donath.

Donath, a former prosecutor who previously served for a number of years as a senior prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, joined after a stint as an associate at Williams & Connolly. Ellerman is the chairman of the white-collar crime committee for the DC bar association.

Katten’s specific FCPA work is split evenly between companies and individuals, mostly focused on defending clients that are the subject of government investigations. The firm also does some compliance work, including due diligence on company deals that have an FCPA component.

Katten predominantly works on FCPA matters with companies in the telecommunications, internet commerce, industrial manufacturing, automotive and financial industries
