Mary Dimke

Mary Dimke served as a trial attorney in the Justice Department's criminal division fraud section from 2004 to 2008, where she prosecuted Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters as well as international advanced fee fraud schemes, according to an online biography.

She left Main Justice in 2008 to become an assistant US attorney in the Seattle-based Western District of Washington. In 2012 she switched to the Yakima office of the Eastern District of Washington. She prosecuted a  variety of cases including tax evasion and child pornography. 

Dimke was appointed to serve as a magistrate judge for the federal district court in Yakima on 14 January 2016.

Earlier in her career, Dimke clerked for Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Richard C Tallmman from 2003 to 2004 and for US District Judge Alan B Johnson in Wyoming from 2002 to 2003. She is a 2002 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law and received her bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University in 1999.
