Lori Weinstein
Lori Weinstein was a trial attorney in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit of the criminal division’s fraud section between 2006 and 2009 – the period in which US foreign bribery enforcement took off.
Before that, she was an associate with Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s compliance and enforcement group between 2003 and 2006. She started her legal career at Foley & Lardner.
She gained her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2002, and her BA in Spanish and Secondary Education from Boston College in 1999.
According to her Linkedin profile, she is now a stay-at-home parent. She’s married to Martin Weinstein, a well-known investigations and FCPA defence lawyer and the head of Willkie Farr’s compliance and enforcement group since 2003.
