John Michelich
John Michelich is currently a senior litigation counsel in the Justice Department’s criminal division fraud section. Michelich is also currently a professor of law at Georgetown University.
He has previously worked on high-profile Foreign Corrupt Practices Act cases, including the prosecution of oil field services company Baker Hughes, which agreed to pay US$44 million in civil and criminal penalties to settle bribery charges.
He gained his law degree from Drake University Law School in 1977.
