Amanda Riedel

Amanda Riedel is a former trial attorney in the Justice Department criminal division’s fraud section.

She worked on the 2010 foreign bribery case against German carmaker Daimler, which along with three subsidiaries agreed to pay US$93.6 million to settle Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations. The parent company, Daimler, entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with the DOJ.

Riedel has since gone on to become an assistant US attorney in the Middle District of Florida.
