GIR’s bespoke datasets and analysis consider the firms and lawyers that have racked up the most experience in FCPA cases and break down enforcement trends by resolution type, amount and more.
We list the advisers in US corporate foreign bribery resolution since Siemens in 2008 – a watershed case widely credited with having kickstarted the FCPA movement in earnest. Our list of monitorships since 2004 shows who is being entrusted by the US government to ensure that companies reform themselves after having settled FCPA cases, while the list of FCPA monitorship candidates – compiled through a GIR freedom of information lawsuit and exclusive reporting – shows which lawyers companies have put forward for the assignments over the years.
We sifted through years of public records and reports to list the FCPA declinations since 2010 – in most cases, with the counsel attached. The table of counsel for live corruption investigations tracks who has been advising whom, according to publicly available sources.
