Aircraft engineering company Dallas Airmotive has agreed to pay US$14 million and enter into a deferred prosecution agreement to settle FCPA charges brought by the US Department of Justice (DoJ). In a statement, the DoJ said the Texas-based company admitted to bribing government officials in Argentina, Brazil and Peru to secure contracts between 2008 and 2012.
