Brown&Page was established in December 2008 as a specialist dispute resolution and international contract negotiation firm. It brought together an established team of practitioners with expertise and a recognised track record in international commercial arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, litigation and public international law.  Our principal focus is on counsel and co-counsel work, and we regularly work in collaboration with other international law firms. We complement our own team of lawyers with a worldwide network of leading practitioners and academics who may join us on a fully integrated project basis and enhance our own resources. Dominique Brown-Berset ([email protected]), founding partner of the firm, is regularly designated to act as arbitrator, mainly to chair arbitral tribunals sitting in various jurisdictions around the world.
