SEC sanctions former Harris Corporation exec over China FCPA violations

Jun Ping Zhang, the former CEO of Harris Corporation’s Chinese subsidiary, has agreed to pay US$46,000 to settle FCPA charges by the SEC, just months after the company received a declination from the DOJ over the matter.
