Switzerland lifts Iran sanctions

Switzerland's government has decided to lift its sanctions against Iran after the Middle Eastern country agreed with the US, UK, France, Germany, Russia and China in July to restrictions on its nuclear programme, the Swiss Federal Council said in a statement on 12 August.
