Republican AGs want US states to impose their own Iran sanctions

In response to the US government agreeing to lift Iran sanctions, two Republican attorney-generals, Scott Pruitt in Oklahoma and Bill Schuette in Michigan, have urged their counterparts in other US states to impose state-level sanctions against Iran, in a letter dated 31 August.
