France hoping for Russia sanctions to be lifted soon

Following a ceasefire in Ukraine, French president François Hollande said he will ask for sanctions against Russia to be lifted if local elections are held in certain eastern regions, such as Luhansk and Donetsk, and if he is satisfied with Ukraine’s decentralisation reforms.
