Crédit Agricole agrees US$787.3 million US sanctions settlement
French bank Crédit Agricole has agreed to pay US$787.3 million to settle charges brought by several US authorities that it violated US sanctions in Iran, Sudan, Cuba and Myanmar, according to a statement by the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) on 20 October.
