Biden Treasury Department nominee vows to review Navalny sanctions targets

President Joe Biden’s nominee to lead the US sanctions agency said that if confirmed he would review the list of Russian individuals accused of corruption and human rights abuses by imprisoned opposition politician Alexei Navalny.
