U.K. Court Warns Prosecutors about Plea Agreements

A British Court of Appeal overturned a decision to send a cooperating witness to prison for a year for helping to bribe Greek state doctors and warned the U.K.'s Serious Fraud Office that it should not assume the judiciary will agree to give lighter sentence to cooperators.
