Swiss Court to Siemens Attorneys: Show Me the Money

Switzerland's Federal Criminal Court has rejected an attempt by attorneys for the German industrial conglomerate Siemens AG to shield financial information hidden in Swiss banks from German prosecutors, who are investigating whether Siemens bribed Malaysian officials to secure an exclusive mobile phone contract in 2004 and 2005.
