Patrick Stokes: Yates Memo could cause prosecutors to push on privilege issues

The US Department of Justice’s policy on individual liability could disrupt a prevailing truce between prosecutors and the defence bar on issues of privilege and information sharing, according to a former chief of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit.
