New SEC whistleblower chief to continue focus on confidentiality agreements

The newly appointed chief of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s whistleblower programme, Jane Norberg, has said her office will continue to concentrate on companies using confidentiality agreements that prevent employees from talking to the regulator.
