The picture says it all: Vicente Zambada Niebla, the dapper and eerily composed son of Ismael ''El Mayo'' Niebla, who controls Mexico's Sinaloa drug cartel, being arrested last year by a masked police officer protecting his identity, who is no doubt twice as scared, given the gang's propensity for killing off its rivals.
