Immucor Inc. - Summary of Law Enforcement Action

On September 28, 2007, the SEC commenced administrative proceedings against Immucor, Inc. and its President and CEO, Gioacchino De Chirico, alleging that they engaged in violations of the antibribery, books and records, and internal controls provisions of the FCPA, as well as false accounting violations and aiding and abetting related violations.
