Witnesses proved Hoskins was an agent, DOJ says

The DOJ has asked a Connecticut federal court to deny former Alstom executive Lawrence Hoskins’s motion to dismiss his bribery conviction, citing “overwhelming” testimonial evidence proving that the defendant was an agent of a domestic concern.
