WilmerHale negotiates fourth FCPA settlement in a row

Texas-based oilfield services company Key Energy Services has agreed to pay US$5 million to settle charges brought by the US Securities and Exchange Commission that it violated the internal controls and books-and-records provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
