U.S. Rejects South Korean Defendant's Argument About Fugitive Status

Han Yong Kim, a foreign bribery defendant in the Control Components Inc. case, cannot seek to benefit from a court whose jurisdiction he refuses to submit to, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
