US to appeal against Fifa acquittals

Federal prosecutors say they plan to fight a Brooklyn federal judge’s decision to throw out the convictions of a former Fox executive and an Argentine sports marketing company. The ruling could disrupt the DOJ’s prosecution of several other defendants accused of taking part in the sprawling bribery scandal at Fifa.
