UPDATED: World Bank funds were not put at risk by Hitachi bribery, bank says

South Africa's opposition party, the Democratic Alliance, has called on the bank to investigate a corruption scheme brought to light by an administrative settlement between the Hitachi Ltd. and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
