UK SFO Director Provides Guidance on the Bribery Act

U.K. Serious Fraud Office Director David Green on Oct. 24 provided further guidance on current developments relating to self-reporting, the possible extension of the corporate offence under section 7 of The Bribery Act, and prosecutions.
