The Nardello Report: A Timeline of Events

On July 20, GIR Just Anti-Corruption published an article titled Nardello Report Privilege Battle Reveals Splits in Guinea Bribery Investigation. The article discussed mining company Rio Tinto’s attempt to access an intelligence report prepared for Brazilian mining company Vale SA by business intelligence firm Nardello, and how Vale has made apparently “contradictory statements” about releasing the report.
