Texas federal judge throws out PDVSA bribery case for second time

US District Judge Kenneth Hoyt dismissed the DOJ’s case against Paulo Jorge Da Costa Casqueiro Murta on jurisdictional grounds last year, but it was revived by the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
