SNC Lavalin execs acquitted after Canadian court rules World Bank tips were ‘rumours’
Two former executives of SNC-Lavalin and a Bangladeshi-Canadian businessman were acquitted of foreign bribery charges on 10 February after an Ontario court threw out wiretap evidence acquired with the help of investigators at the World Bank.
