SFO anti-corruption head: no leniency if you don't self-disclose
Ben Morgan outlined the U.K. anti-fraud agency's policies for self-disclosure in a speech today, saying that there would be little or no leniency for companies that fail to self-report instances of misconduct to the authorities.
