SEC Won't Issue New Extractive Industries Rule until Spring 2016

The disclosure was made in a lawsuit brought by the nonprofit Oxfam America, which is attempting to force the agency to issue the anti-corruption transparency rule required by the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act.
