Schlumberger Finally Off the Hook in DOJ Panalpina Probe

Five years after being put on notice by federal prosecutors, the Dutch oilfield services company Schlumberger N.V. said Wednesday it been notified by the Justice Department that it was no longer under scrutiny as part of a sprawling foreign bribery investigation of customers of freight forwarder Panalpina.
