Saudi developer seeks documents from Barclays’ internal investigation in US civil lawsuit

Jadawel International has asked a judge in New York state court to force Barclays to produce documents that it gave to the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.K. Serious Fraud Office, which are investigating whether the bank bribed a Saudi prince to secure a lucrative banking license.
