PTC reaches tentative foreign bribery settlement

Having reached an "agreement in principle" to resolve potential Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice in mid-November, the Massachusetts-based software designer has said a settlement payment could be more costly than previously estimated.
