Prosecutors Say Thai Officials Case Should Stay Open Despite Extradition Setbacks

Lawyers for the defendants said the U.S. case should be dismissed because Thailand is conducting its own prosecution. They say the U.S. indictment against Juthamas Siriwan and daughter Jittisopa Siriwan fails on other grounds.
