Och-Ziff restitution ruling threatens to open floodgates
A federal judge in Brooklyn has ruled that US hedge fund Och-Ziff Capital Management should compensate certain victims of its foreign bribery scheme. The ruling raises the prospect of similar restitution claims in other FCPA cases.
