Och-Ziff prosecutor tells companies to push enforcers harder for resolutions

The deputy chief of the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, James Loonam, said companies should not “walk on eggshells” when it comes to pushing for a resolution to government investigations, at the Practicing Law Institute in New York on 30 September.
