Och-Ziff to pay $29 million to settle class action

Without admitting wrongdoing, Och-Ziff has agreed to pay $28 million to settle a class action suit brought by investors seeking damages incurred from the hedge fund’s alleged failure to disclose a government FCPA investigation.
