Ninth Circuit affirms dismissal of FCPA-related derivative lawsuit against HP

The Ninth Circuit agreed with a lower court that A.J. Copeland's derivative claims were "devoid of particular facts" supporting his contention that the HP board of directors had not acted in good faith in investigating foreign bribery allegations.
