New sentencing policy won’t affect FCPA pilot programme

Attorney General Jeff Sessions instructed federal prosecutors on 10 May to toughen their approach to charging and sentencing, in a new policy aimed at drug crimes. The guidance won't have a knock-on effect on the FCPA pilot programme, a spokesman for the department said.
