New SEC General Counsel Will Be Top Dodd-Frank Rules Writer

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will rely on Mark Cahn to be its rules writer-in-chief as the agency carries out its obligations under the Dodd-Frank financial regulatory law, which include implementing a new corporate whistleblower provision.
