Neo@Ogilvy intends to take Berman decision to Supreme Court

The company that lost out in the second circuit’s recent ruling that the Securities and Exchange Commission is allowed to interpret Dodd-Frank to protect whistleblowers who disclose internally is planning on appealing the decision to the Supreme Court.
