Law firm facilitated Quad/Graphics bribery scheme, says SEC

The SEC ordered Quad/Graphics to pay $10 million after finding that the US printing company used a Peruvian law firm to bribe local judges for favourable tax rulings. The DOJ, however, declined to take action.
