Judge skeptical that Rio Tinto's RICO lawsuit was filed in time

U.S. District Judge Richard Berman in Manhattan is considering Brazilian miner Vale SA's motion to dismiss Anglo-Australian rival Rio Tinto's lawsuit alleging its lucrative mining rights in Guinea were stolen in a bribery conspiracy.
