Judge frees Net1 from FCPA-related class action lawsuit

U.S. District Judge Edgardo Ramos dismissed the shareholders’ complaint, ruling it failed to produce any evidence demonstrating that Net1 or its top executives had consciously acted in violation of U.S. securities laws.
