Internal Las Vegas Sands Report Was Unsealed and Obtained Legally by Newspaper, Judge Says

The 2010 report described Chinese suspicions that the U.S.-based casino company was working with the CIA and FBI to spy on Chinese officials. A judge said Sands attorneys had failed to enter a motion to seal that document and others.
