In Swift Decision, World Bank Sets 'Conditional' Non-Debarment for German Contractor

The decision, which forgoes lengthy punishments in light of remedial actions, is the first of this kind to be taken by the Sanctions Board and appears explicitly modeled on the non-prosecution and deferred prosecution agreements used by the U.S. Justice Department to resolve foreign bribery cases.
