In Sentencing PetroTiger Cooperators, Sigelman Judge Speaks of ‘Sympathy’ for Star Witness

U.S. District Judge Joseph Irenas for the District of New Jersey, at the Sept. 10 sentencing hearing of former PetroTiger General Counsel Gregory Weisman in Camden, was apparently attempting to justify his tough questioning of Weisman during the Sigelman Foreign Corrupt Practices Act trial in June.
