In pretrial hearing, US and Hoskins spar over 1977 Senate mark-up session for the FCPA

On Friday Oct. 30, prosecutors and former Alstom SA executive Lawrence Hoskins offered U.S. District Judge Janet Arterton dueling interpretations of a 1977 mark-up in the Senate Banking Committee of the proposed Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
